Delivery, payment and pickup

Delivery

We ship with the BEX courier service, across Serbia.

  • Price: 390 RSD. Free for 5 or more towels.
  • Time: 1–2 working days. We ship most orders the same day, and at the latest the next working day.
  • We don't ship at weekends, but if it's urgent, get in touch and we'll find a way.
  • As soon as the parcel is on its way, you get a tracking link by email.

Payment

  • Cash on delivery: cash or card to the courier.
  • Bank transfer: if that's easier, message us on Viber or WhatsApp and we'll send you the payment details.

Payment through the website is not possible. You pay only when the parcel arrives, or by bank transfer.

Personal pickup in Vračar

It's free. Message us on Viber or WhatsApp at 061 788 6979 to agree a time. Payment is by bank transfer.

If the towel doesn't suit you

You have 30 days from delivery to return it. The only condition is that it is not stained or dirty. We refund the full amount, including delivery. If the parcel arrived damaged, we send a new one or refund you, including delivery.
